Best Buy Tech Home
Activation: Pop Up Experience, Product Demonstration, Static Media
Location: North Point Mall
At North Point Mall in Alpharetta, Georgia, Best Buy presented their Tech Home, a residence laid out in an open-air design and outfitted with the latest technologies from recognized brands including Samsung, Canon, Roku, Arlo and Microsoft.
Best Buy experts were on hand to demonstrate the capabilities of each new product within the household and encouraged shoppers to experience the technologies and even make a purchase via iPad. The experiential, interactive product demo got new products into the hands of consumers who could try them in a low-pressure environment before making a purchase decision.
The comprehensive marketing program included in-mall advertising with SkyBanners, an eye-catching entrance cling, colorful standees and a Best Buy Geek Squad vehicle display.
Facebook VR Experience
Activation: VR Experience, Product Demonstration, Static Media
Facebook brand ambassadors went onsite at three Brookfield Properties centers to talk with shoppers about different types of Virtual Reality capabilities that can be utilized via Facebook. Samsung Virtual Reality Goggles were also available for live demonstrations with shoppers.
Facebook drove traffic to this event by utilizing advertising collateral throughout the property.

Location: Oakbrook Center & Stonebriar Centre
In 2017 and 2018, Oakbrook Center and Stonebriar Centre hosted the Samsung Studio, allowing consumers the opportunity to speak to brand ambassadors and experience Samsung phones, tablets and VR products.
The activations were promoted with on-property signage and digital media. The Samsung Studio offered shoppers perks and surprises, while showcasing and demonstrating product use.
LG Signature Tour
Activation: Pop Up Experience, Product Demonstration
Location: Northbrook Court
The LG Signature Mall Tour provided shoppers with on-site demonstrations at premier Chicago location Northbrook Court for several weeks.
Brand ambassadors were onsite to discuss details of their products and perform demonstrations. Featured LG Products included fridge / freezer, washing machine, and TV.
Activation: Static and Digital Media
T-Mobile promotes both their services and products sold within stores throughout the year, focusing on key timeframes such as Back to School and Holiday.
T-Mobile utilized multiple media touchpoints in key markets by almost literally painting the malls in T-Mobile pink with their vibrant creative.
